Kokum Butter
Kokum Butter (botanical name “Garcinia indica”) is obtained from the fruit of the Kokum or ‘Kokam” tree (also known as the Garcinia tree) grown in the central east region of India. The butter is extracted from the fruit kernels and is processed and refined to obtain a very white butter .
Vitamin B complexes, garcinol, magnesium, manganese and potassium are present in Kokum Butter. Cell oxygenation is enhanced due to essential fatty acids (omega’s 3, 6, and 9) present in it which are more bio available to human body.
